Gene Randoph was born in Henderson, Tenn., Oct. 10, 1927.
He was baptized by I. A. Douthitt.

H. A. Dixon, President of Freed-Hardeman
College has recently released the names of the faculty for
the 1951-52 session. Only one name has been added to the
present faculty list. Paul Randolph, Jr., of Bandana, Ky.,
will replace Miss Mary Glenn Mason who has resigned to
continue her education. Brother Dixon also stated that an
extra teacher might be added later if enrollment prospects
continue to look as brIght as they do today.
Paul. Gene Randolph, son of Mr. and Mrs. P. D. Randolph of
Bandana, Ky., was born in Henderson, Tenn. He obtained his
schooling through high school in Bandana. In 1945 he
entered Freed-Hardeman where he stayed until March 1946 at
which time he was called into the army. Paul returned in
1947 and graduated in the spring. of 1948. He then entered
the University of Illinois and received his bachelor's
degree in 1950. In June of this year, he will receive his
Master's Degree from the UnIversity and will join the
Freed-Hardeman faculty in September teaching English,
Bible, History, and French.
Brother Randolph worked with the church in Seminole Heights
in Tampa, Florida last summer and will work with them again
this summer. He also preached in Texas, Louisiana,
Kentucky, illinois, Tennessee, Washington, and Ohio.
