James Marshall Allen - 1932-1995
Brother Allen was born in in Lecanto, Fla. He was baptized by J. C. Ledford in 1947. He married Margie Mullins in 1954. He began preaching in Elmore, Ala. in 1953. He attend Alabama Christian College, Harding College of Memphis.

James M. Allen is buried in the Middleton, Tenn. City Cemetery. He preformed the wedding ceremony of Tom and Carole (Day) Childers on May 30, 1964. I bought my first car from him while he was preaching in Ripley, Miss. It was a 1951 Ford and I paid him $125 for it. I was 17 years old.
